    • 摘要: 针对寺河矿东四盘区4307大采高综采工作面过断层易发生片帮和冒顶的问题,选取了超细水泥注浆材料,建立了注浆压力无极调节注浆量自动控制的注浆系统,设计了浅层注浆、二次成孔、多次复注的单孔注浆工艺,提高了注浆施工效率,降低了注浆成本,注浆后煤壁片帮测次数减少,片帮的高度和深度降低,保证了工作面有效推进。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the problem that it is easy to occur rib spalling and roof caving when the large-height mining face in the fourth east plate of Sihe Coal Mine crosses the fault, superfine cement grouting material is selected, the automatic control system of grouting pressure stepless adjusting grouting quantity is established, and the single-hole grouting technology of shallow grouting, secondary hole forming and multiple injection is designed, which improves the grouting construction efficiency, reduces the grouting cost, reduces the measurement times of coal wall spalling after grouting, and reduces the height and depth of coal wall spalling, so as to ensure the effective advance of the working face.
