    • 摘要: 针对屯宝煤矿在停采回撤期间采空区易自燃的情况,分析了M15煤层采空区自然发火的特点及治理难度,在末采期间采用常规防灭火技术手段来消除采空区自然发火隐患。但工作面由于存在异常高温点被迫长期封闭,常规的防灭火手段难以消除高温点,通过施工消火道,减少防灭火钻孔的施工长度,提高钻孔精度,再注防灭火材料的方式降低异常高温点区域煤温,确保工作面能顺利启封并安全回撤。

       

      Abstract:  Aiming at the situation of spontaneous combustion in goaf during stop-mining and withdrawal in Tunbao Coal Mine, the characteristics of spontaneous combustion in goaf of M15 coal seam and the difficulty of controlling are analyzed. During the last mining period, conventional fire-fighting techniques were used to eliminate the hidden danger of spontaneous combustion in goaf. However, the working face was forced to be closed for a long time due to the existence of abnormal high temperature points; the conventional means of fire prevention is difficult to eliminate the high temperature point. Through the construction of fire extinguishing channel, reduce construction fire prevention drilling in length, improve the drilling accuracy, reinject fire-fighting material to reduce the abnormal high temperature point area, the coal temperature in the abnormal high temperature point area can be reduced.
