    大俯角长距离煤层瓦斯压力测试装置在黔金煤矿的应用

    Application of Gas Pressure Measurement Device for Long Distance Coal Seam with Large Depression Angle in Qianjin Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 研究了大俯角长距离煤层瓦斯压力测试装置,其创新在于“双挡板+返浆管”设计。通过在黔金煤矿测试15号煤层瓦斯压力的应用,并与传统“单挡板+倒浆”注浆封孔测试的瓦斯压力数据进行对比,3组瓦斯压力测试钻孔的测试结果分别为0.17 MPa与0 MPa、0.25 MPa与0.25 MPa、0.27 MPa与0.18 MPa,研究表明“单挡板+倒浆”注浆封孔适用于短距离封孔,对于大俯角长距离钻孔,“双挡板+返浆管”注浆封孔装置的封孔质量更好。

       

      Abstract: The gas pressure measurement device for long distance coal seam with large depression angle is studied, and the highlight is that the design type of “double baffle and slurry pipe”. Through the application of gas pressure measurement device in No.15 coal seam of Qianjin Coal Mine, and compared with the gas pressure data of traditional hole-sealing process of “single baffle and grouting”, the results of three groups of gas pressure test boreholes are, respectively, 0.17 MPa and 0 MPa, 0.25 MPa and 0.25 MPa, 0.27 MPa and 0.18 MPa. The research shows that the hole-sealing process of “single baffle and grouting” is suitable for the short distance hole-sealing, whereas the grouting and hole-sealing device of “double baffle and slurry pipe” has better hole-sealing quality for long distance drilling with large depression angle.
