    An Intelligent Mobile Gas Drainage Pumping Station

    • 摘要: 设计了一种智能型移动式瓦斯抽放泵站。通过在移动式瓦斯抽放泵站上设计安装智能监控分站和软化水装置,实现了对瓦斯抽放过程中各参数的监测以及对瓦斯抽放泵站各部分的控制,并缓解了水环真空泵内部结垢问题。试验证明:智能型移动式瓦斯抽放泵站工作状态良好,能很好地补充地面泵站的不足,完善瓦斯抽放设备体系。

       

      Abstract: In this paper, an intelligent mobile gas pumping station is designed. By designing and installing the intelligent monitoring substation and water-softening device on the mobile gas drainage pumping station, the monitoring of various parameters in the gas drainage process and the control of various parts of the gas drainage pumping station are realized, and the scaling problem inside water ring vacuum pump is alleviated. The tests show that the intelligent mobile gas drainage pumping station is in good working condition, it can supplement the shortage of ground pumping station well and improve the system of gas drainage equipment.
