    Development of Teaching Experimental Device for Performance Test of Ventilator

    • 摘要: 设计了一种能够进行通风机性能测试的实验室模拟装置,将矿井主要通风机和通风巷道按照一定的相似比进行缩小,并采用专用仪器测量表征通风机运行工况的各项参数,经过规范的数据处理后即得到风机的特性曲线,从而使不具备现场实习条件的学生在实验室便可熟悉和掌握通风机性能测定方法。介绍了实验装置结构和通风机性能测试的原理,并进行了模拟测试。

       

      Abstract: A laboratory simulation device for the performance test of the ventilator was developed. The main ventilator and ventilation tunnel in the mine were reduced based on a certain similarity ratio, and special instruments were used to measure the parameters of ventilator operating conditions. After the standard data processing, the characteristic curves of the ventilator could be obtained, so that the students who do not have the field practice conditions could be familiar with and master the performance test method of the ventilator in the laboratory. The structure of the experimental device and the principle of fan performance test are introduced, and the simulation test is carried out.
