    Leakage Rate Testing Device for Mine Respirator Mask

    • 摘要: 在综合考虑产品及使用者特点的基础上,针对矿用呼吸器用面罩研究设计了一套泄漏率测试装置。装置中设计了10组能够覆盖中国成年男子不同脸型特点的仿人头模,可以在无真人参与实验的条件下,实现面罩泄漏率的准确、稳定检测。经试验验证,该装置的油雾浓度控制标准偏差为3.02 mg/cm3,全面罩和半面罩的泄漏率测试重复性误差分别为0.6%和1.2%。

       

      Abstract: Considering the characteristics of products and users, a set of leakage rate testing device is designed for mine respirator masks. In the device, 10 sets of imitation models of human heads are designed which can cover the different facial features of Chinese adult men. The accurate and stable detection of the leakage rate of masks can be realized without the participation of real people. The experimental results show that the standard deviation of oil mist concentration control is 3.02 mg/cm3, and the repeatability errors of leakage rate test for full masks and half masks are 0.6% and 1.2% respectively.
