    煤矿井下定向钻孔事故反丝打捞处理技术

    Technology of Directional Drilling Accident Treatment by Reverse Wire Salvage in Underground Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 阐述了定向钻进施工中常见的钻孔事故类型与处理方法,并重点分析了反丝打捞技术原理、配套打捞钻具、工艺方法与技术要点。现场实践表明:当强力回转起拔方法和套铣打捞技术无法有效处理定向钻孔事故时,采用反丝打捞技术能有效处理钻具被卡的问题,最大打捞深度达到1 152 m。

       

      Abstract: The common types and treatment methods of drilling accidents in directional drilling construction are described, and the principle, auxiliary salvage drilling tools, process methods and key points of reverse wire salvage technology are emphatically analyzed. The field practice shows that when the strong rotary pull-up method and casing milling salvage technology can not deal with directional drilling accidents, the reverse wire salvage technology can effectively solve the problem of drilling tools are stuck, and the maximum salvage depth is 1 152 m.
