    Multiple Identification System for Coal Miners Entering Well Based on Low Frequency Trigger

    • 摘要: 提出了一种基于低频触发的煤矿人员入井多重识别系统。采用2.4 GHz与125 kHz相结合的方式,利用2.4 GHz传输数据,利用125 kHz实现信号距离控制;通过采用低频触发机制调节射频发射频率、生物识别快速匹配等方法缩短了通行时间;设计了生物识别通用接口,增强了系统的兼容性;设计了基于actor模型多线程模式的系统软件,提高了系统的实时性和稳定性。试验结果表明:接收距离在1 m以内,通行时间在2 s以内,满足煤矿实际需求。

       

      Abstract: The multiple identification system for coal miners entering well based on low-frequency trigger is proposed. By combining 2.4 GHz with 125 kHz, the data is transmitted at 2.4 GHz and the signal distance control is realized at 125 kHz. By using low-frequency trigger mechanism to adjust the radio frequency transmission frequency and fast matching of biometric identification, the passing time is shortened. The universal interface of biometric identification is designed to enhance the compatibility of the system, and the system software based on the multi-threading mode of actor model is designed to improve the real-time performance and stability of this system. The test results show that the receiving distance is less than 1 m and the passing time is less than 2 s, which can meet the actual requirements of coal mines.
