    朱仙庄煤矿地面注浆钻井关键技术

    Key Technologies of Ground Grouting Drilling in Zhuxianzhuang Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 朱仙庄煤矿“五含”赋存条件复杂,具有静储量大、动态补给强、水压高等水害特征,严重威胁矿井生产安全,采用“帷幕截流疏干开采”水害治理方法,地面注浆钻井技术是该方法实施的基础。结合矿区地质条件、钻井工艺、注浆工艺等技术参数,对地面注浆井钻井装备、施工工艺、套管固完井及轨迹控制等技术进行系统研究,形成一套适用于朱仙庄煤矿地面注浆井用钻井装备及关键技术。现场应用表明,研究的钻井装备及工艺技术安全可靠、节能环保,注浆效果良好。

       

      Abstract: The “five-aquifer” occurrence conditions of Zhuxianzhuang Coal Mine are complex, and there are some water disaster characteristics such as large static reserves, strong dynamic supply and high water pressure, which seriously threatens the mine safety production. The water damage governance method of “curtain closure and drainage mining” is adopted, and the ground grouting drilling technology is the basis for this method implementation. Combined the technical parameters of geological conditions, drilling technology and grouting technology, the drilling equipment, construction technology, casing solid completion technology and trajectory control technology of ground grouting well are systematically studied, and a set of drilling equipment and key technologies for the ground grouting well of Zhuxianzhuang Coal Mine are formed. The field application shows that the drilling equipment and technology are safe and reliable, energy-saving and environmentally-friendly, the grouting effect is good.
