    A Test System of Rock and Coal Specimen Creep Property Under Gas-liquid Supercharging

    • 摘要: 研制了一套适合进行煤岩单轴压缩蠕变试验系统。该试验系统主要包括气动控制系统、施压系统和数据自动采集系统3个部分。对该试验系统进行了历时长达22 d验证试验,结果表明整个蠕变试验期间的施加载荷十分稳定,在分级加载的不同时期,施加载荷误差波动在0.05 MPa内。该套试验系统具有体积小、易于操作、造价低廉、数据采集处理自动化等优点。

       

      Abstract: A set of uniaxial compression creep test system for coal and rock is developed according to the principle of pneumatic control. The test system contains three parts: pneumatic control system, pressure system and automatic data acquisition system, and the validation experiments last as long as 22 days based on the test system. The results show that the applied load is very stable in the whole creep test period, and the applied load error fluctuates within 0.05 MPa in different stages of loading. The system has the advantages of small size, easy operation, low cost, automatic data acquisition and processing.
