    一种矿井磁阻式测斜仪方位角二次校正算法

    A Secondary Correction Algorithm of Azimuth for Mine Magnetoresistive Inclinometer

    • 摘要: 矿井磁阻式测斜仪经过铁磁性物质干扰后会出现方位角测量不准确的情况。针对该问题,提出采用查找表法和两次线性插值的方法计算出方位角校正系数的二次校正实现方法。首先建立全空间误差校正表模型,采用OLE-DB应用接口读取误差校正表并作为DataTable存储;然后根据实际测量的倾角、方位角和工具面向角,基于LINQ技术快速搜索DataTable并记录相应区间内的标准工具面向角和方位角误差,用两次线性插值的方法计算出方位角的校正系数。试验结果表明,该方法能有效的提高方位角的测量精度。

       

      Abstract: The azimuth measurement of mine magnetoresistive inclinometer is often inaccurate after interference with ferromagnetic materials, aiming at the problem, this paper proposes a secondary correction method of calculating the azimuth correction coefficient by using the look-up table method and two linear interpolation methods. Firstly, the full-space error correction table model is established, and the error correction table is read and stored as a DataTable by using the OLE-DB application interface. Then, according to the actual measured inclination, azimuth and tool orientation angle, the DataTable is quickly searched based on the LINQ technique and the orientation angle and azimuth errors of standard tools are recorded in the corresponding interval. The azimuth correction coefficient is calculated by using two linear interpolation methods. The results show that the method can effectively improve the measurement accuracy of azimuth.
