    • 摘要: 为进一步提升我国煤矿职业健康管理水平,从职业病危害因素的“产生源头-致因因素-作用对象”对煤矿职业病危害管控的致因因素进行全过程分析,建立了基于能量释放的煤矿职业病危害致因模型,进而构建了煤矿职业病危害评价指标体系,确定出5个一级指标、20个二级指标;为提高计算结果的客观性和准确性,将AHP和DEMATEL方法结合使用,构建基于AHP-DEMATEL的评价模型并进行实例应用,以分析煤矿职业病危害影响因素的影响程度。结果表明:一级指标中职业健康管理的综合影响度最高,从业人员素养综合影响度最低;二级指标中粉尘防护设备和职业病危害防治制度的综合影响度较高,评价结果与实际情况下煤矿职业病危害管理情况相符。

       

      Abstract: In order to further improve the occupational health management level of coal mines in China. From the “source-cause factor-acting object” of occupational disease hazard factors, the whole process analysis of the cause factors of coal mine occupational disease hazard management is carried out. The cause model of coal mine occupational disease hazard based on energy release is established, and the coal mine occupational disease hazard evaluation index system is established. There are 5 first-level indicators and 20 second-level indicators. In order to improve the objectivity and accuracy of the calculation results, AHP and DEMATEL are combined to build an evaluation model based on AHP-DEMATEL and applied in an example to analyze the influence degree of the influencing factors of occupational hazards in coal mines. The results show that the comprehensive impact of occupational health management is the highest in the first-level indicators, and the comprehensive impact of the employees’ literacy is the lowest; the comprehensive influence degree of the dust protection equipment and occupational disease prevention system in the secondary indicators higher. The evaluation results are in good agreement with the management of occupational hazards in coal mines under actual conditions.
