    Experimental Study of Pre-oxidation Effect on Limit Parameters of Coal Secondary Spontaneous Combustion

    • 摘要: 为研究预氧化对煤复燃过程极限参数的影响,采用程序升温装置模拟了煤初次氧化与二次氧化过程,对比分析2次氧化过程中煤自燃耗氧速率、气体生产率、放热强度及极限参数。结果表明:氧化煤和原煤的耗氧速率、气体产生率和放热强度均随煤温的升高呈近指数规律增长,但氧化煤在70 ℃前稍高于原煤,70 ℃之后低于原煤;氧化煤与原煤发生自燃的上限漏风强度先降低后升高,下限氧浓度与最小浮煤厚度先升高后降低;从升温过程中煤体自燃的极限参数极值角度,氧化煤发生自燃的“门槛”降低,更易自燃。

       

      Abstract: To study the effect of pre-oxidation on the limit parameters of coal spontaneous combustion, the primary oxidation and secondary oxidation processes of coal are simulated by the program heating device, the oxygen consumption rate, gas productivity, exothermic intensity and the limit parameters of coal spontaneous combustion are compared and analyzed in two oxidation processes. The results show that the oxygen consumption rate, gas production rate and exothermic intensity of oxidized coal and raw coal increase exponentially with the increase of coal temperature, but the indexes of oxidized coal are slightly higher than raw coal before 70 ℃ and lower than raw coal after 70 ℃. The upper limit of air leakage intensity for spontaneous combustion of oxidized coal and raw coal decreases first and then increases, while the lower limit of oxygen concentration and the minimum coal thickness increases first and then decreases. From the extreme value of the limit parameters of coal spontaneous combustion in the heating process, the threshold of spontaneous combustion of oxidized coal is lowered and easier to self-ignite.
