    平沟煤矿超前顶板注浆技术

    Advance Roof Grouting Technology in Pinggou Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 为了有效控制巷道掘进过程中顶板冒落,淋水量大等问题,平沟煤矿把超细硫铝酸盐水泥作为注浆材料,在顶板松散与淋水量大区域,进行注浆加固与堵截。实践表明,超前顶板注浆技术的应用能使松散区域的矸石和煤体能够较好地与注浆材料胶结成一体,减少了顶板冒落和顶板集中淋水的状况。

       

      Abstract: In order to effectively control problems of roof caving and large trickling in the process of roadway tunneling, Pinggou coal mine took the superfine sulphoaluminate cement as grouting material. Roof loose and large trickling area is grouted to reinforce and block. Practice shows that the application of advance roof grouting technology can better cement grouting material, waste rock and coal in loose area into one part, which reduces the occurrence probability of roof caving and centralized water trickling.
