    Long-distance Fixed-point Detection and Drainage Technology of Goaf Water Under Complex Geological Conditions

    • 摘要: 为了解决韩咀煤矿老空水害,针对煤层松软、底板泥岩泥化严重等复杂地质条件下远距离老空水探查与疏放技术难题,提出采用“对勾状”定向长钻孔进行老空水水害防治的方法,对钻孔结构进行优化设计、钻具组合优化、套管段大直径保直钻进、轨迹控制、穿透老空区技术进行了研究。在该矿32101工作面主运巷北侧老空水现场进行探测与疏放应用,成功实现了在孔深526.4 m、垂深31 m处,精确中靶老空区,单孔出水量达134 m3/h,总计疏放老空水3.6万m3,达到了定点疏放目的,为32101工作面安全高效生产提供了可靠的地质保障。

       

      Abstract: To solve the goaf water disaster of Hanzui Coal Mine, aiming to the technical problem of detection and drainage for goaf water with long distance under complicated geological conditions that the coal seam is soft and the floor is badly mudstone, the method of goaf water disaster control technology by means of hook directional long drilling is proposed. Some techniques are studied such as the optimization design of borehole structure, combination optimization of drilling tools, straight maintenance drilling of casing section large diameter, trajectory control, goaf penetration technology, etc. The goaf water detection and drainage application is carried out on the north side of main haulage lane of 32101 working face in this mine. The accurate target goaf successfully is achieved at the hole depth of 526.4 m and vertical depth of 31 m. The single-hole water yield reaches 134 m3/h with a total of 36,000 m3 goaf water discharged, and the purpose of fixed-point discharge is realized, which provides reliable geological guarantee for the safe and efficient production of 32101 working face.
