    • 摘要: 针对煤矿井下安全监控系统分站至传感器之间RS485总线通信采用呼叫、应答模式导致的通信效率低、易受干扰的问题,设计一种不定期受控RS485总线通信方法。通过分站不定期发送总线设备地址信息控制帧主动干涉总线,传感器通过将自身通信地址与总线设备地址信息数据比对,确定上传数据次序,实现主动向总线发送数据。提高了分站对传感器测量数据的采集效率,缩短了系统反应时间。实验室测试以及现场工业试验表明:该通信方式可保证RS485总线通信快速、稳定。

       

      Abstract: To solve the problems such as low communication efficiency and susceptibility to interference caused by the RS485 bus communication between the substation and sensors of monitoring system for coal mine safety through the mode of call and answer, the communication method of irregularly controlled RS485 bus is designed. The substation sends the control frame of bus device address information to actively interfere with the bus. The sensors compare their communication address with the bus device address information and determine the order of uploading data, so as to actively send data to the bus. Therefore, the acquisition efficiency of the sensor measurement data of the substation is improved, and the system response time is shortened. Laboratory tests and field industrial experiments show that this communication method can ensure fast and stable RS485 bus communication.
