    Inspection Scheme of Coal Mine Belt Conveyor Based on UAV Technology

    • 摘要: 设计了一种基于无人机的煤矿井下长距离带式输送机巡检方案,应用在煤矿井下带式输送机运输系统巡检中。介绍了无人机巡检总体方案,论述了无人机机身设计、无人机导航设计、无人机避障设计、充电桩设计、飞行方案设计及相应的工作原理;通过样机制作与现场试飞,确定了方案的可行性。

       

      Abstract: This paper designs a long-distance inspection scheme of coal mine belt conveyor based on UAV, which is applied in the inspection of coal mine belt conveyor transportation system. This paper introduces the overall scheme of UAV patrol inspection, discusses the UAV body design, UAV navigation design, UAV obstacle avoidance design, charging pile design, flight scheme design and the corresponding working principle, and determines the feasibility of the scheme through prototype production and field test flight.
