    High Precision Measurement Technology of Upward Drilling Depth in Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 针对现有钻孔随钻测量技术无法很好解决钻孔深度测量的问题,提出了回转钻机随钻测量深度高精度计算方法。该计算方法利用在随钻测量中的记录钻孔孔口静水压强及随钻测量钻孔倾角及方位角来实现深度的计算,无需其他专用深度测量装备,在节约生产成本的基础上,提高了钻孔深度计算的精度,利于指导钻孔施工。通过试验计算结果表明,该计算方法能在钻机钻进过程中,不影响钻进施工的前提下实现钻孔深度参数的准确测量,钻孔深度的精确计算,相比传统钻孔深度计算方法更加可靠。

       

      Abstract: In view of the problem that the existing measurement technology while drilling cannot solve the borehole depth measurement well, a high precision calculation method is proposed for the measurement depth while drilling of rotary drilling rig. This method uses the hydrostatic pressure at the borehole orifice as well as the borehole inclination angle and azimuth angle while drilling to calculate the depth, and the method does not need other special depth measurement equipment. On the basis of saving production cost, the method improves the calculation accuracy of borehole depth and is conducive to guiding the drilling construction. The experimental results show that the method can accurately measure the parameters of drilling depth without affecting the drilling operation, and accurately calculate the drilling depth in the process of drilling, which is more reliable than the traditional method.
