    芦岭煤矿8#煤顶分层Ⅱ884-1掘进工作面局部防突措施参数考察

    Parameters Investigation of Local Outburst Prevention Measures at Ⅱ 884-1 Driving Face of No.8 Top Slice in Luling Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 根据矿井瓦斯地质条件及采掘技术特点,考察了芦岭矿8#煤顶分层Ⅱ884-1掘进面的局部防突合理化参数。通过钻孔流量法和防突效果检验法,确定出煤巷掘进直径7φ5 mm的超前排放钻孔有效影响半径为1.2 m。通过改进巷帮钻场及钻孔的相关参数,提高了掘进速度,掘进过程均未出现瓦斯浓度超限及突出情况,说明该煤巷局部防突技术措施取得了很好的效果,实现了突出煤巷安全快速掘进。

       

      Abstract: According to the gas geological condition of the coal mine, the rational parameters of local outburst prevention were investigated at II 884-1 driving face of No.8 top slice in Luling coal mine. By using the borehole flow method and outburst prevention effect test method, it determined the effective influence radius of advanced emission drilling with roadway driving diameterφ75 mm, which was 1.2 m.Through improving the relevant parameters of tunnel wall drilling place and borehole,driving speed was raised, there was no gas concentration overrun and outburst in the driving process. It indicated that the local prevention measures for the coal roadway had yielded very good results, achieved rapid excavation safely in outburst coal roadway.
