    Testing Method for Static Load Performance of Truck-mounted Drilling Rig

    • 摘要: 通过检测平台设计和搭建、工装和传感器设计、检测方法和过程研究以及车载钻机的现场检测,阐述了车载钻机静载性能关于静态扭矩和静态提升力的检测方法。该检测方法直观、准确、测试能力强、效率高,代替了目前只能通过理论计算、施工经验等获得这2个主要参数的方法,为车载钻机静态扭矩和静态提升力这2个车载钻机的主要参数的标定、试验和检测检验提供了准确依据。

       

      Abstract: Through the design and construction of testing platform, the design of tooling and sensor, the research of testing method and process, and the on-site testing of truck-mounted drilling rig, this paper expounds the testing method of static load performance of truck-mounted drilling rig with respect to static torque and static lifting force. This method is intuitive, accurate, powerful and efficient. It replaces the method that can only obtain these two main parameters through theoretical calculation and construction experience, it provides accurate basis for the calibration, test and inspection of the two main parameters of the truck-mounted drilling rig, i.e. static torque and static lifting force.
