    Safety Analysis and Management Measures of In-service Large Capacity Lithium Battery for Underground Mining

    • 摘要: 针对锂电池安全性能时间劣化问题,现场采集并分析煤矿监测通信系统后备电源及辅助运输设备动力电源管理使用数据和运行信息,开展在用大容量锂电池的容量衰减分析、EIS交流阻抗图谱分析、热失控扩展与安全性测试、挤压试验分析和电源管理系统精度测试等比对试验。试验结果显示:在用锂电池电性能、电池管理系统检测精度发生衰减,使用安全性下降。基于现场数据分析与试验结果,提出煤矿井下大容量锂电池安全管理针对性对策措施。

       

      Abstract: For the problem of time degradation of safety performance of lithium battery, power supply management data and operation information of backup power supply of coal mine monitoring and communication system and auxiliary transportation equipment are collected and analyzed, capacity attenuation analysis, EIS impedance spectrum analysis, thermal runaway expansion and safety test, extrusion test analysis and power management system accuracy test were carried out for large-capacity lithium batteries in use. The test results show that the performance of lithium battery and the test precision of battery management system are attenuated, and the safety of lithium battery is decreased. Based on the field data analysis and test results, the countermeasures for safety management of large capacity lithium battery in underground coal mine are proposed.
