    深井沿空掘巷工作面侧向煤体应力及变形在线监测与合理滞后时间研究

    Research on On-line Monitoring of Lateral Coal Stress and Deformation and Reasonable Delay Time of Gob-side Entry Driving in Deep Mine

    • 摘要: 合理滞后掘巷时间的确定是从根本上使沿空掘巷免受工作面剧烈采动影响的关键。以孔庄煤矿7432工作面的地质和开采技术条件为研究背景,采用由一束-多线-多点(应力及变形)传感器组成的红外采集观测系统,就7432工作面运输巷侧向煤体在本工作面采动前后(尤其是采动后)的应力及变形量(位移)变化规律进行长期连续在线监测。监测结果表明,工作面回采后基本顶回转下沉直至触矸稳定的时间至少为5个月,此即沿空巷道掘巷的最佳滞后时间。

       

      Abstract: The determination of reasonable delaying roadway driving time is critical to fundamentally avoid the impact of mining roadway on the working face. Based on the geological and mining technical conditions of 7432 working face of Kongzhuang Coal Mine, the infrared acquisition observation system consisting of one beam, multi-line, multiple(stress and deformation) sensors was adopted, and the 7432 working surface was transported smoothly. The long-term continuous on-line monitoring of the stress and deformation(displacement) of the lateral coal body before and after mining(especially after mining) was performed. The monitoring results show that after the working face is recovered. The basic top is swung down until it touches. The stable time is at least 5 months. This is the optimal lag time for roadway driving along the roadway.
