    Research on Uncontrolled Subsidence of Roof Before Backfilling in Longwall Fully-mechanized Coal Mining

    • 摘要: 充填前顶板下沉量是引起充填开采地表沉陷的主要因素之一,受充填回采工序的影响,充填前顶板下沉量较常规回采工作面大且仍没有有效办法加以控制,此处将该下沉量定义为充填前顶板不可控下沉量;以邢台矿7608充填工作面为工程背景,对充填前顶板不可控下沉量进行研究,通过弹性地基梁理论对不可控下沉量影响因素进行定性研究;利用FLAC3D数值模拟和相似模拟试验对充填前顶板不可控下沉量的影响因素进行定量研究。结果表明:煤层埋深和顶板岩性对该下沉量影响较大,同时通过优化采高和控顶距及提高液压支架的初撑力和工作阻力可以缓减充填前顶板不可控下沉量。

       

      Abstract: Backfilling mining is one of the most effective technical measures to control surface subsidence. At present, there is no effective way to control the subsidence of roof before backfilling; therefore, this paper proposes that the subsidence is not uncontrolled subsidence of the roof before backfilling. Took 7608 backfilling working face of Xingtai Mine as the engineering background, on the basis of elastic foundation beam theory, through utilizing FLAC3D numerical simulation and the similar simulation experiment, the paper performed an oriented research on the influence factors of the uncontrolled subsidence of the roof before backfilling, and obtained a conclusion that buried depth of coal seam and roof lithology of geological conditions have a great effect on subsidence. In the meantime, appropriately rise the resistance of hydraulic support could play a role in the uncontrolled subsidence of the roof before backfilling. Besides, it could enrich improve and perfect the theory of surface subsidence
