    • 摘要: 矿井火灾是威胁矿井安全生产主要灾害之一,煤矿火灾防治重在“预防为主,综合治理,应急处理,标本兼治”。煤矿企业在长期火灾治理过程中,通过不断实践,累积了丰富的现场经验;科研机构在不断研究过程中,通过反复试验,摸索出先进的治理技术,双方各具优势;两者开展深度合作,运用相互融合的新型管理模式,通过建立现场S+研究R“双重”管理方式,在易自然发火煤层开采过程中运用管理M+技术T“双重”预防机制,保障了矿井安全生产。

       

      Abstract: Mine fire is one of the main disasters threatening the safety of mine production. The prevention and control of coal mine fire should focus on prevention, comprehensive management, emergency treatment and treatment of both symptoms and root causes. Coal mine enterprises have accumulated abundant on-site experience through continuous practice in the long-term fire control process; scientific research institutions have explored advanced control technology through repeated experiments in the process of continuous research, and both sides have their own advantages; they have developed in-depth cooperation, and used the new management model of mutual integration, through the establishment of existing management model. On-site(S) +Research (R) “dual” management mode, in the process of spontaneous combustion coal seam mining using management (M) +technology (T) “dual” prevention mechanism, the safety of mine production is ensured.
