    Discussion on Cultivation Mode of Innovative Talents in Coal Mine Management of Information Engineering Major

    • 摘要: 探讨了基于电子信息工程专业优势的煤矿安全生产管理创新人才培养新型模式。论述了煤矿安全生产管理创新人才培养模式的原则和创新人才培养的要求;从基础科学和专业基础理论知识培养、实践能力与技能培养和生产、教学、科研融合培养创新人才3个方面阐述了创新人才培养体系。

       

      Abstract: This paper discusses a new mode of training innovative personnel for coal mine safety production management based on the advantages of electronic information engineering. This paper discusses the principles and requirements of innovative personnel training mode in coal mine safety production management, and expounds the innovative talent training system from three aspects: basic science and professional basic theoretical knowledge training, practical ability and skill training and production, teaching and scientific research.
