    Experimental Study on Water Absorption Performance of Super Absorbent Resin in Sealing and Grouting Process of Gas Drainage Hole

    • 摘要: 为验证吸水树脂作为水泥注浆止浆塞的可能性及可靠性,对吸水树脂在不同浆液环境中的吸水性能进行实验。实验表明:吸水树脂在不同液体介质中的吸水倍率依次为:蒸馏水>自来水>生理盐水>普通水泥浆滤液>膨胀水泥浆滤液;在前5 min内生理盐水的吸水速率最快,吸水5 min后各种浆液均已达到其极限吸水倍率的50%以上;在前10 min内蒸馏水吸水速率最快,吸水10 min后,各种浆液均已达到其极限吸水倍率的80%以上;吸水树脂失水13 d后,自来水保水率为77%,水泥浆保水率为74%;水泥浆的水灰比越大,与吸水树脂接触的干水泥隔层形成速度越慢;干水泥隔层阻碍了水分向吸水树脂转移的速度,吸水树脂作为钻孔注浆的止浆塞会大幅降低与其接触的水泥抗压强度,且影响范围在100 mm左右。

       

      Abstract: In order to verify the possibility and reliability of water absorption resin as cement grouting stopper, the water absorption performance of water absorption resin in different slurry environments was tested. The results show that the water absorption ratio of water absorption resin in different liquid media is: distilled water > tap water > physiological saline > ordinary cement slurry filtrate > expansive cement of pulp filtrate; in the first five minutes, the water absorption rate of normal saline is the fastest. After five minutes of water absorption, the absorption rate of all kinds of slurries has reached more than 50% of their ultimate water absorption rate. In the first 10 minutes, the absorption rate of distilled water is the fastest. After 10 minutes of water absorption, the absorption rate of all kinds of slurries has reached more than 80% of their ultimate water absorption rate. After 13 days of water loss, the water retention rate of tap water is 77%, the cement slurry retention rate is 74%; the water retention rate is 77%. The larger the water cement ratio of the slurry, the slower the formation of the dry cement layer contacting with the absorbent resin. The dry cement layer hinders the transfer of water to the absorbent resin. The water-absorbing resin used as the stopping plug of drilling grouting can greatly reduce the compressive strength of the cement in contact with it, and the influence range is about 100 mm.
