    建筑垃圾充填膏体强度性能影响因素的试验

    Experimental on Influencing Factors of Strength Performance of Construction Waste Filling Paste

    • 摘要: 为验证建筑垃圾作为充填材料的合理性以及对充填膏体强度性能的影响因素,制备了不同固相比(水泥、粉煤灰、建筑垃圾的比例)和质量分数下的建筑垃圾充填膏体,然后进行了单轴抗压强度测试,并探究不同龄期对建筑垃圾充填膏体应力应变的影响规律。结果显示:建筑垃圾作为充填材料在不同固相比和质量分数下,其抗压强度均可以达到矿井需求;当固相比大于1∶4∶6时,抗压强度开始显著下降,质量分数适宜控制在76%左右;建筑垃圾充填膏体应力应变特性属于塑-弹-塑性类型。

       

      Abstract: In order to verify the rationality of construction waste as a filling material and the influencing factors on the strength properties of the filling paste, a construction waste filling paste with different solid ratios(cement, fly ash, construction waste ratio) and mass fraction was prepared. Then the uniaxial compressive strength test was carried out, and the influence of different ages on the stress and strain of the construction waste filling paste was explored. The results show that the compressive strength of construction waste as a filling material can reach the mine demand under different solid ratios and mass fractions. When the solid ratio is greater than 1∶4∶6, the compressive strength begins to decrease significantly and the mass fraction is suitable. The control is about 76%, and the stress-strain characteristics of the construction waste filling paste belong to the plastic-elastic-plastic type.
