    Innovation and Development of Coal and Gas Co-mining Technology in Huainan Mining Area

    • 摘要: 淮南矿区具有低透气性、强吸附性、高瓦斯煤层群赋存特征,针对深部瓦斯灾害日趋严重情况下煤矿面临的安全与效益2大生存问题,通过采用卸压开采抽采瓦斯理论,攻关煤层顺层钻孔“一孔两消”和顶板高位钻孔“以孔代巷”技术,把传统的巷道加钻孔式抽采瓦斯方法优化为钻孔式抽采瓦斯方法,创新煤与瓦斯共采新模式。结果证明:新模式抽采瓦斯效果不仅满足安全生产需要,而且取消了顶、底抽巷,节省了穿层钻孔,降低瓦斯治理成本在30%以上。并针对更深部煤层全部升级为强突出煤层开采条件,引进石油工业侧钻水平井、分支水平井等地面钻井施工技术与工艺,提出地面钻井实现煤与瓦斯共采新方案。

       

      Abstract: Huainan Mining Area is of low gas permeability, strong adsorption, and high gas. For the two major survival problems of coal mines under the situation of deep gas disasters, and through adopting the theory of pressure relief mining and gas extraction, we tackle key problems of “one hole and two eliminations” in the bedding of coal seams and“replacing the roadway with the hole” for drilling on the top of the roof, and optimize the traditional roadway and borehole gas extraction method to drilling gas extraction method, innovate coal a new coal and gas mining model. The result proves that the new mode extraction gas effect not only meets the safety production needs, but also eliminates the top and bottom pumping lanes, saves the drilling of the layer and reduces the cost of gas treatment by more than 30%. In order to upgrade the deeper coal seams to the conditions of strong outburst coal mining, and introduce the ground drilling construction technology and technology of side tracking horizontal wells and branch horizontal wells in the petroleum industry, the new plan for coal and gas mining in ground drilling is proposed.
