    桑树坪二号井矿预掘巷道顶板梳状定向钻孔关键技术

    Key Technologies of Roof Comb Type Directional Drilling in Pre-driving Roadway of Sangshuping No.2 Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 针对桑树坪二号井矿碎软煤层巷道掘进中瓦斯涌出难题,通过对梳状定向长钻孔的布孔方式、分支孔间距、施工工艺、轨迹控制、分支测钻、原孔重入等关键技术进行研究,形成了一套适用于钻孔掩护预掘巷道的前进式顶板梳状定向长钻孔工艺关键技术。现场应用表明:该技术有效解决碎软煤层成孔率低、轨迹控制精度低、施工事故率高等难题,为后续水力压裂增透技术的成功实施提供可靠通道。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the problem of gas emission in roadway driving of crushed soft coal seam in the Sangshuping No.2 Coal Mine, the key technologies of comb type directional long drilling are studied such as the hole arrangement way, branch hole spacing, construction process, track control, branch measurement drilling and original hole reentry, and a set of key technologies of forward comb type directional drilling techniques suitable for drilling cover excavation of pre-driving roadways are formed. The field application shows that the technologies can effectively solve the problems of low pore formation rate, low trajectory control accuracy and high construction accident rate, and provide the reliable channel for the successful implementation of hydraulic fracturing technology.
