    A Mine High-precision Turbidity Sensor

    • 摘要: 提出了一种煤矿井下高精度浊度传感器设计方法,重点介绍了浊度传感器的软、硬件设计。传感器采用进口光电二极管和高精密运放等集成电路设计,通过MATLAB软件工具对测量曲线进行拟合,对测量数据修正补偿,大大提高了传感器的测量精度,减少测量误差;传感器采用低功耗设计,特别是OLED显示技术替代传统的数码管或LCD液晶;在数字接口通讯设计上采用了抗干扰设计,通过电磁兼容性试验测试,非常适合在煤矿井下电磁环境复杂的场合使用。

       

      Abstract: The design method is put forward for the high-precision turbidity sensor in underground coal mine, and the software and hardware design of turbidity sensor are mainly introduced. The sensor adopts the integrated circuit design such as the imported photodiode and high-precision operational amplifier. The measurement curve is fitted by MATLAB software tool, and the measurement data is corrected and compensated, which greatly improves the measurement accuracy of the sensor and reduces the measurement error. The sensor uses the low-power design, especially the OLED display technology replaces the traditional digital tube or LCD liquid crystal. In terms of digital interface communication design, the anti-interference design is adopted, and through the EMC test, the results show that the sensor is very suitable for the complex electromagnetic environment in underground coal mine.
