    • 摘要: 设计了矿用锂离子蓄电池电源短路保护试验系统。系统主要由定时控制单元与数据分析单元组成,定时控制单元由AVR单片机控制主回路的闭合,并可实现自动定时及试验回路的断开,数据分析单元包括数据采集卡及LabVIEW数据分析软件2部分,数据采集卡可自动采集主回路的电流、短路保护元件的端电压及线圈信号,并通过LabVIEW进行试验数据的分析与计算,最终将测试结果进行直观显示。

       

      Abstract: In this paper, the test system for short circuit protection of lithium ion storage battery is designed. The system is mainly composed of timing control unit and data analysis unit. The timing control unit is controlled by AVR MCU to close the main circuit, and can realize automatic timing and disconnect the test circuit. The data analysis unit includes the data acquisition card and LabVIEW data analysis software. The data acquisition card automatically collects the circuit current, the terminal voltage and coil signals of the short circuit protection element. The test data is analyzed and calculated through LabVIEW, and the test results are displayed visually.
