    一种煤矿井下可再生光纤冷接装置

    A Kind of Regenerable Optical Fiber Cold Connection Device in Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 针对煤矿井下环境比较恶劣,光纤焊接困难,热熔光纤高温产生火花容易引起安全事故等问题,研制了一种可再生光纤冷接装置。通过装置对井下光纤实施冷连接,从根源上杜绝火花,减少煤矿井下安全事故。通过装置的OV槽子,冷接装置可进行多次灌注匹配液,保证装置的可再生性。从煤矿井下光纤冷接结构、光纤冷接方法、光纤冷接如何降低冷接损耗、光纤冷接装置如何实现再生等方面入手,对煤矿井下可再生冷接装置进行了详细阐述。通过实验室试验发现,该装置具有可减少煤矿井下光纤熔接时间,降低煤矿井下安全事故。

       

      Abstract: In view of the poor underground environment of coal mines, the difficulties in fiber welding, and the safety accidents caused by sparks generated by hot fused fiber at high temperature, a renewable fiber cold connection device was developed. Through the device, the underground optical fiber is cold-connected to eliminate sparks from the root source and reduce the underground coal mine safety accidents; through the OV slot of the device, the cold connection device is filled with the matching liquid for many times to ensure the reproducibility of the device. Starting from the structure, method, how to reduce the loss and how to realize the regeneration of the fiber cold connection in underground coal mine, this paper expounds the regeneration of the fiber cold connection in detail. Through field tests, it was found that the device has the functions of reducing the fusion time of optical fibers in coal mines, reducing safety accidents in coal mines.
