    • 摘要: 为了更安全、科学地使用聚氨酯加固材料,论述了材料使用中应关注的重点问题,探讨了加固材料黏结性能的影响因素,研究了聚醚多元醇种类和异氰酸根指数对黏结强度的影响。通过调控聚醚和异氰酸根指数,材料的黏接强度最高可达14.1 MPa,并兼具理想的配比容错能力。工程实践表明:在配比失调20%情况下,研制的聚氨酯加固材料仍正常固化黏结,加固后回采工作面破碎顶板和煤帮的完整性和承载力都得到了显著提高。

       

      Abstract: In order to use polyurethane grouting materials more safely and scientifically, the paper explains key problems when polyurethane reinforcement materials are used. The influence factors of the bond performance of reinforcement materials are analyzed and the effects of polyether polyols and isocyanate index on cohesive strength of grouting materials are explored. By adjusting the polyether and isocyanate index, the bonding strength of the materials is up to 14.1 MPa, and it has the ideal matching fault tolerance. The engineering practice indicates that the reinforcement materials still reacts normally when the ratio is misaligned by 20%, and the integrity and bearing capacity of the crushed coal body are improved significantly after reinforcement.
