    Fire Prevention Technology by Full-section Shotcrete Plugging During Equipment Recycling of Fully Mechanized Caving Face

    • 摘要: 以神华国能哈密煤电有限公司大南湖一矿1305工作面回撤时期作为研究对象,通过红外热成像仪采集的采空区表面煤体温度和气相色谱仪分析的采空区各气体体积分数作为基础数据,运用OriginLab数据分析软件系统性地分析全断面喷浆堵漏前后采空区表面煤体温度和采空区气体体积分数的变化情况。结果表明:采空区表面煤体全断面喷浆后,热量散发期5 d,热量稳定期5 d,随后煤体表面温度呈每2 d增长0.5~1 ℃;喷浆后采空区O2体积分数下降3%~4%左右,N2体积分数上升3%~4%左右。

       

      Abstract: Taking No.1305 working face equipment recycling period of Dananhu No.1 mine of Shenhua Guoneng Hami Coal Power Co., Ltd. as the research object, based on the data of the surface coal temperature of the goaf collected by the infrared thermal imager and the gas volume fraction of the goaf analyzed by the gas chromatograph, the OriginLab data analysis software is used to systematically analyze the changes in the surface coal temperature and the gas volume fraction of the goaf before and after full-section shotcrete plugging. The results show that after full-section shotcrete plugging of surface coal in the goaf, the heat dissipation period is about 5 days and the heat stabilization period is about 5 days. Then, the surface temperature of the coal increases by about 0.5 to 1 ℃ every 2 days; the volume fraction of O2 decreases about 3%~4% and N2 increases about 3%~4% in the goaf.
