    Prevention Technology of Residual Coal Spontaneous Combustion in Goaf Under the Condition of Large Diameter Borehole Extraction

    • 摘要: 以山西小回沟煤业2201工作面采空区大直径钻孔抽采瓦斯为背景,采用理论分析和现场试验相结合的方法开展大直径钻孔抽采瓦斯条件下采空区遗煤自燃防治研究,提出采用大直径钻孔气体取样划分采空区自燃“三带”方法;基于研究成果提出大直径钻孔抽采瓦斯条件下采空区遗煤自燃防治措施,工作面的最小安全推进速度为0.46 m/d,大直径钻孔抽采瓦斯负压要低于8 kPa,大直径抽采瓦斯流量要低于工作面配风量10%,采用灌浆防灭火和喷洒阻化剂防灭火,可将大直径钻孔“一孔多用”作为防灭火钻孔。

       

      Abstract: Based on the background of the large diameter borehole extraction for the goaf of No.2201 working face in Xiaohuigou Coal Mine, the prevention of residual coal spontaneous combustion in the goaf under the condition of the large diameter borehole extraction is studied by using the combination method of theoretical analysis and field test, the dividing method of spontaneous combustion “three zone” in the goaf is proposed through the gas sampling of large diameter borehole. Based on the research results, the prevention and control measures of coal spontaneous combustion in the goaf under the condition of large diameter borehole extraction are put forward. The minimum safe advance speed of working face is 0.46 m/d, the negative pressure of large diameter borehole extraction is less than 8 kPa, the large diameter borehole extraction flow is less than 10% of the air distribution of working face. The grouting materials and the spraying chemical inhibitors are used to prevent the fire, and the large diameter borehole can be used as the fire preventing hole of “one hole with multiple uses”.
