    • 摘要: 针对煤矿井下近水平深孔条件下,滑动定向钻进时钻进阻力大、钻进效率低、钻孔深度受限等问题,研究形成了滑动钻进减阻技术,包括水力加压钻进技术和正反扭转钻进技术。应用该技术在保德煤矿完成了3 353 m的顺煤层超长定向钻孔,分析钻进工艺参数表明:该技术具有明显的滑动钻进减阻效果,对于提高煤矿井下超长定向孔钻进能力、钻进效率及钻孔轨迹控制精度具有重要意义。

       

      Abstract: In view of the problems such as high resistance, low efficiency and limited drilling depth during the sliding directional drilling under the condition of deep hole, this paper studies and forms the drag reduction technology of sliding drilling, including hydraulic pressure drilling technology and positive and negative twist drilling technology. This technology has been applied to complete a 3 353 m ultra-long directional drilling along coal seam in Baode Coal Mine. Analysis of drilling parameters shows that the technology has obvious drag reduction effect of sliding drilling, which has great significance to improve the drilling capacity, drilling efficiency and drilling trajectory control accuracy of ultra-long directional drilling in coal mine.
