    Key Technology of Mine Intelligent Ventilation

    • 摘要: 提出了智能通风系统的定义,分析了煤矿智能通风关键技术,研究了基于矿山检测监控系统参数的精确获取算法;建立了基于最小调节功耗的矿井通风网络自适应优化方法来实现矿井的按需分风;建立了矿井通风仿真与实时解算系统;将智能优化算法应用于矿井通风系统优化,及风阻风机的智能调节决策措施。以冀中能源峰峰集团羊东矿8272工作面为试验对象,验证了提出的智能通风关键技术的可靠性。

       

      Abstract: This paper puts forward the definition of intelligent ventilation system, analyzes the key technology of intelligent ventilation in coal mines, and studies the accurate acquisition algorithm based on the parameters of mine detection and monitoring system. An adaptive optimization method of mine ventilation network based on minimum regulated power consumption is established to realize the on-demand air distribution in coal mines. The simulation and real-time calculation system of mine ventilation is established. The intelligent optimization algorithm is applied in the optimization of mine ventilation system and the decision measures of the intelligent adjustment of wind resistance fan. Taking the No.8272 working face of Yangdong Coal Mine of Jizhong Energy Fengfeng Group as the experimental object, the reliability of the key technology of intelligent ventilation proposed in this paper is verified.
