    Research on Rational Structure of High Efficiency Fan Station

    • 摘要: 为了减少并联风机通风机站入口分流、出口射流中的扰动能量损失,以双风机并联为例,提出高效低阻的并联机站结构改进模式;结合空气动力学推导出机站通风效率和局部阻力系数公式;建立相似模型和基于FLUENT软件的数值模型测定改进结构阻力,验证机站效率、局阻系数及巷道断面风速变化规律。结果表明:改进结构较一般结构通风机站效率提高约1%、局阻系数降低约12%。

       

      Abstract: In order to reduce the disturbance energy loss in the process of inlet diversion and outlet jet flow of parallel fan station, taking the parallel connection of two fans as an example, a high-efficiency and low resistance parallel station structure improvement mode is proposed, and the ventilation efficiency and local resistance coefficient formulas of the fan station are deduced based on the principle of aerodynamics. The similar model and the numerical model based on FLUENT software are established to measure the resistance of the improved structure, and the variation laws of the efficiency of the machine station, the local resistance coefficient and the wind speed of the tunnel section are verified. The results show that the efficiency of the improved structure is about 1% higher than that of the general structure fan station, and the local resistance coefficient is about 12% lower.
