    Status and Countermeasure of Safety Technology of Inclined-Shaft Man Car of Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 介绍了斜井人车的发展、组成及工作原理,阐述了煤矿井下斜井人车的安全技术现状和安全要求,分析了斜井人车标准、设计、生产、使用、维护管理等方面存在的问题,结合煤矿井下作业环境的特殊要求,提出了斜井人车相关安全对策措施及建议,推动了煤矿新型辅助运输设备的发展,进而改善煤矿井下辅助运输的安全现状。

       

      Abstract: The paper introduced the development, structure and working mechanism of inclined-shaft man car, illustrated the safety technology status and requirements for underground mining inclined-shaft man car, and analyzed problems existing in aspects such as its industrial standards, designing, production, usage, maintenance and management. Considering the specific requirements of working underground in coal mines, countermeasures and suggestions for inclined-shaft man cars were raised to boost development of new coal mine auxiliary transportation equipment and devices, so as to improve the safety conditions of coal mine underground auxiliary transportation.
