    Narrow-body Directional Crawler Drilling Rig Used in Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 针对现有定向钻机宽度尺寸大,无法在常规进回风巷道进行跨带式输送顺层瓦斯钻孔施工、钻掘交替超前探施工以及其他狭小空间条件下的定向钻进施工等问题,研制开发了宽度仅为0.95 m的窄体履带式定向钻机。介绍了窄体小型履带式定向钻机平台及关键部件小型化的研究,分析总结了钻机液压系统的功能及特点。通过在山西晋城大阳煤矿的煤层陷落柱探查钻孔试验表明:该钻机占用巷道空间小、探查精确、自动化程度高、移孔换位快捷,适合于常规进回风巷道中的定向钻孔施工。

       

      Abstract: For the problems that existing directional drilling rig with a large width could not drill crossing belt borehole in conventional roadway and could not use in the drilling-excavating alternately construction, a smaller crawler directional drill rig with width only 0.95 meter is developed. The paper introduces the research on miniaturized tracked directional drill rig platform and its components. The characteristics and functions of the hydraulic system are summarized and analyzed. The experiment to detect collapse column in Dayang Coal Mine proves that the new rig takes up little space when it works. Also it has the advantages of accurate detection, high degree of automation and flexibility. This new rig is suitable for drilling borehole in conventional roadway.
