    • 摘要: 为提高煤炭资源回收率,对乌兰木伦煤矿12煤西盘区工作面回撤通道与大巷间煤柱合理支护进行理论分析,设计了12404-1工作面过多条空巷支护方式,并利用尤洛卡矿压观测系统进行现场矿压观测分析。研究结果表明:设计方案能够满足安全高效的回采空巷群;工作面推采后期泵送支柱对空巷稳定性起着决定性作用,保证最大限度的回收了边角煤炭资源;工作面需合理快速推过,缩短峰值压力对空巷的作用时间;超前支承压力峰值影响区及顶板支护状态决定了后期顶板的安全状态。

       

      Abstract: In order to improve the recovery rate of coal resources, theoretical analysis was carried out on the reasonable support of coal pillars between the retracting passage and the main roadway in the west plate area of 12# coal in Ulan Mulun Coal Mine, and the support method of many empty roadways in 12404-1 working face was designed. The results show that: the pumping pillar plays a decisive role in the stability of the roadway in the later period of face mining, ensuring the maximum recovery of coal resources at the edge and corner. The working face should be pushed through reasonably and quickly to shorten the effect time of peak pressure on the roadway; the influence area of the leading abutment pressure peak and the roof support state determine the pumping pillar;
