Abstract: Coal mine has the particularity of industry. In order to strengthen the coal mine safety training, according to the current situation of enterprise safety training, this paper analyzes from the aspects of teaching staff, teaching form, teaching object, training content, daily management, etc. Through strengthening training management, improving the level of teachers, incentive mechanism, targeted training and other methods to strengthen safety training work, so as to improve the safety awareness of employees and the level of operation technology, ensure the safety of production, and protect the safety of life and property safety.
