    爆破对软岩巷道松动范围影响的测试与分析

    Testing and Analysis of Influence of Blasting on Soft Rock Roadway Loose Zone

    • 摘要: 针对巷道掘进爆破施工药量日益增大,促进了岩体内裂隙的扩展,使巷道围岩松动圈增大。根据现场施工实际,对爆破前后围岩的松动圈半径进行测试,分析了巷道掘进爆破施工对巷道松动范围扩展的影响。分析结果表明:研究巷道稳定后的松动圈半径在1.8 m左右,其中爆破振动的影响约占10%,爆破动载对松动圈影响的范围在25~30 m;通过调整支护参数,增加锚杆长度,提高了支护的安全可靠性。最后从爆破参数和装药结构2个方面提出了降低巷道掘进爆破动载强度的措施。

       

      Abstract: In view of that charge quantity of roadway blasting construction is increasing, expansion of crack in rock mass is promoted and make the loose zone circle of surrounding rock increase. According to the field construction, loose circle radius of surrounding rock before and after blasting are tested, and the influence of blasting construction on extension of loose zone is analyzed. The analysis results show that radius of loose circle after roadway stability is about 1.8 m, and 10% of which is caused by blasting effect, influence range of blasting dynamic load is 25 to 30 m. By supporting parameters adjustment, increasing length of anchor, safety and reliability of the supporting is improved. Finally, from the aspects of blasting parameters and charge structure, the paper proposes measures for reducing dynamic load strength of roadway blasting.
