    • 摘要: 为了解决浅埋藏、易自燃、近距离、近水平煤层上覆采空区火灾治理难题,以国家能源投资集团神东煤炭集团补连塔煤矿22305工作面上覆采空区煤炭自燃火灾为例,采取了控制漏风技术、火区惰化技术、煤体阻化技术、吸热降温技术等综合防灭火技术,即采取了工作面“U”型、“Y”型均压通风,井上下堵漏,地面钻孔灌注惰性气体、粉煤灰等综合灭火措施。结果表明:采空区有毒有害气体浓度大幅度下降,氧气浓度降低,惰化降温效果明显;人、机、储、运合理调配下,加快工作面的推进速度,提高回采率,减少上覆采空区漏风供氧,加快了上覆采空区的惰化进程,减小了自燃的威胁。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the fire control problems of the gob overlying the shallow, spontaneous combustion, short distance and near horizontal coal seams, taking the coal spontaneous combustion of the gob overlying the 22305 working face of Bulianta Coal Mine of Shendong Coal Group of State Energy Investment Group as an example, the comprehensive fire control and extinguishing technology, such as air leakage control technology, inerting technology in the fire area, coal resistance technology, heat absorption and cooling technology are adopted, that is, the “U” and “Y” working face are used for equal-pressure ventilation, plugging up and down the well, filling in inert gas, fly ash and other comprehensive fire-fighting measures. The results show that the concentration of toxic and harmful gases in the gob is greatly reduced, the concentration of oxygen is reduced, and the effect of inert cooling is obvious; under the reasonable allocation of people, machinery, storage and transportation, the advancing speed of the working face is accelerated, the recovery rate is increased, the air leakage and oxygen supply in the overlying gob are reduced, the inerting process of the overlying gob is accelerated, and the threat of spontaneous combustion is reduced.
