    • 摘要: 针对综采工作面过断层的传统施工方法效率低、劳动强度大的问题,结合3 m采高的综采工作面钻孔施工要求,研制了一种适用于综采面过断层的履带式炮眼钻机。该钻机液压系统简单易操作,便于维护;带有冲击动力头的给进装置采用倍程倍速机构,效率高,质量轻;设计的新型变幅装置可以实现大角度、大范围的调节;给进装置、变幅装置、电机泵组、油箱、操控台等部件集成于履带车体上,结构紧凑、体积小。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the problem of low efficiency and high labor intensity of the traditional construction method of fully mechanized mining face crossing the fault, a crawler type blasthole drilling rig suitable for fully mechanized mining face crossing the fault is developed according to the drilling requirements of fully mechanized mining face with 3 m mining height. The hydraulic system of the drilling rig is simple, easy to operate and maintain. The feeding device with impact power head adopts the mechanism of double distance and double speed, the device has advantages of high efficiency and light weight. The new luffing device can realize the large angle and large range adjustment. Feeding device, luffing device, motor pump set, oil tank, control table and other parts are integrated on the tracked vehicle body, which is compact in structure and small in volume.
