    • 摘要: 为了弥补传统矿用瓦斯流量测量装置的不足,实现更加准确地瓦斯抽采量动态连续监测,提出针对煤矿井下工况特性,以时差法为流量测量原理,研制一款基于MS1030的矿用超声波气体流量计。设计了以国产高速测量芯片MS1030为核心、STM32F100为主控制芯片、并配有激励驱动电路、信号调理电路等模块的超声波气体流量硬件系统,开发了系统控制软件,完成了试验样机的研制,并通过标准设备对样机进行了检定。检定结果表明:矿用超声波气体流量计具有精度高,重复性好的特点,为煤矿井下瓦斯抽采监测系统提供了有力的流量监测装备。

       

      Abstract: In order to make up for the shortcomings of the traditional gas flow measurement device, and to realize more accurate dynamic and continuous monitoring of gas drainage, a new type of ultrasonic gas flow meter based on MS1030 is developed according to the characteristics of coal mine working conditions and the flow measurement principle of time difference method. A hardware system of ultrasonic gas flow is designed, which is based on domestic high-speed measuring chip MS1030, STM32F100 as the main control chip, and equipped with modules such as drive circuit and signal conditioning circuit. The system control software is developed, the development of the test prototype is completed, and the prototype is verified by the standard equipment. The verification results show that the ultrasonic gas flowmeter has the characteristics of high accuracy and good repeatability, which provides a powerful flow monitoring equipment for the underground gas drainage monitoring system.
