    • 摘要: 麻家梁煤业公司针对带式输送机输送距离长、运量大的特点,在14208综放工作面采用了智能永磁直驱系统。分别从系统硬件配置和流程设计进行了分析,阐明了系统的整体构架,详述了智能控制系统和可编程控制器的工作原理,分析了变频器系统和永磁同步电机的运行特性以及与控制器的逻辑关系,智能永磁直驱系统实现了带式输送机的精确调速和稳定运行。

       

      Abstract: Majialiang Coal Industry Company adopts the intelligent permanent magnet direct drive system in No.14208 fully mechanized caving face in view of the characteristics of long conveying distance and large volume of belt conveyor. The system hardware configuration and process design are analyzed. The whole structure of the system is expounded, and the working principle of the intelligent control system and the programmable controller are described in detail. The operation characteristics of the frequency converter system and the permanent magnet synchronous motor as well as the logical relationship with the controller are analyzed, and the precise speed regulation and stable operation of the belt conveyor are realized with the intelligent permanent magnet direct drive system.
