    Application of Regional Gas Drainage Technology System by Borehole Instead of Tunnel

    • 摘要: 为实现突出煤层的安全开采,系统分析了以孔代巷区域瓦斯抽采技术的技术特征、技术优势、适用条件、技术模式等,并开展了现场工业性试验。试验结果表明:以孔代巷区域瓦斯抽采技术能够实现定向钻进、定位增透、定量抽采、定点取样和定区评价;采用注气驱替增产后,累计抽出瓦斯量32.57万m3,平均日抽采纯量超过1 000 m3,瓦斯抽采效果明显提高,能有效降低施工成本、缩短工期。

       

      Abstract: To achieve safe mining in outburst coal seam, we systematically analyzed its technical characteristics, technical advantages, applicable conditions and technical mode of regional gas drainage technology with borehole instead of tunnel, and carried out field test. The test results show that this technology can achieve directional drilling, location permeability increasing, quantitative drainage, fixed-point sampling and area evaluation. After using gas injection displacement to increase gas production, the cumulative gas drainage volume is 325 700 m3, and the daily net gas drainage volume is more than 1 000 m3, the effect of gas drainage is obviously improved, which can effectively reduce the construction cost and shorten the construction period.
