    • 摘要: 以神东矿区5个不同煤层为研究对象,利用程序升温实验优选出神东矿区煤层自然发火标志气体,得出了不同温度条件下CO产生速率,通过现场测试工作面回风隅角及采空区CO和O2体积分数,划分采空区散热带和氧化带的宽度,建立回风隅角CO指标临界值的计算模型,最终给出回风隅角CO指标临界值。结果表明:神东矿区煤层自然发火标志气体为CO、C2H4、C2H2,可分别作为煤自然发火初期、加速阶段和激烈氧化阶段的标志气体;正常开采条件下,回风隅角CO指标临界值为90×10-6,当上升至350×10-6时,采空区遗煤已达临界温度(60~70 ℃)。

       

      Abstract: Based on five seam coal samples from Shendong Mining Area as the study objects, the spontaneous combustion mark gases were optimized using the temperature programming experiment. Meanwhile, the CO gas production rate under different temperature conditions was obtained. The CO and O2 volume fraction of return air corner and goaf was tested at the field, and the width of heat dissipation zone and oxidation zone was also divided. The computational model of CO index critical value in return air corner was established. The study results showed that the mark gas of coal spontaneous combustion in Shendong Mining Area was CO, C2H4 and C2H2 which can be used as the sign for the coal spontaneous combustion initial stage, the acceleration stage and the intense oxidation stage. The critical value of the CO index in return corner was 90×10-6. When the CO volume fraction reached 350×10-6, the gob coal had reached the critical temperature which was 60 ℃ to 70 ℃.
