    • 摘要: 针对淄矿集团传统瓦斯管理模式已难以适应对瓦斯有效管控要求的情况,通过强化瓦斯管理力度、推广实施瓦斯抽采工程、做好提前预防与治理等多措并举,建立形成了瓦斯管理三级预警机制。结果表明:亭南煤业公司瓦斯报警次数由原来每年在500次以上、回风流瓦斯浓度有时达1.5%以上,转变为自2011年以来连续9年杜绝了瓦斯超限报警,瓦斯管控效果显著;提高了工作面的有效生产时间,确保矿井年产量达400万t以上,经济效益明显;瓦斯危害基本消除,提高了现场职工劳动的安全感。

       

      Abstract: Under the condition that the traditional gas management model of Zibo Mining Group has been unable to adapt to the requirements for effective gas management and control, through strengthening gas management, promoting the implementation of gas drainage projects, and preventing and controlling well in advance, the early warning mechanism of the three-level gas management was established. The results show that: the number of gas overrun alarms from Tingnan Coal Mine changed from more than 500 times a year, with the gas concentration in the return air flow sometimes reaching more than 1.5%, to zero, the effect is significant; the effective production time of the working face is increased, ensuring that the annual output of coal reaches more than 4 million tons, the economic benefits are obvious; the gas hazard is basically eliminated, which improves the safety of workers on the job site.
